This Privacy Policy describes how BrainGym Arena ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.

Usage data: game scores, match history, XP, rank, and cognitive performance data stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage.
Device information: device type and operating system version, collected by our advertising partner Google AdMob.
Advertising identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID) used by Google AdMob to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the core gameplay experience.
To display advertisements via Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads).
To track in-game progression such as rank, XP, and cognitive profile locally on your device.

3. Third-Party Services – Google AdMob

BrainGym Arena uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data including your advertising identifier to deliver relevant ads. Google's privacy policy applies to this data collection:

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

4. Data Storage

All game data (username, XP, match history, cognitive profile) is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not transmit this data to any external server.

5. Children's Privacy

BrainGym Arena is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Data Retention

Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app. You can clear all data by uninstalling the application.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, most data can be removed by uninstalling the app. For AdMob-related data requests, please refer to Google's privacy controls.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
